About DIGITAR
Vision
Embrace and support the talent of tomorrow by creating a human capital platform supported by mentors, donors, and alumni that empower young students to learn about new technologies, ignite self-confidence and entrepreneurship, and succeed professionally by accessing the jobs of tomorrow.
How
Provide scholarships in tech education, support and mentorship, and access to a network of role models (senior and junior) for students that have the potential – but lack the financial means – to pursue a career in the technology and digital sectors.
Over time, we intend to create a virtuous cycle around each Digitar student driven by:
- Granting tech-related scholarships to committed students.
- Supporting students with mentors and teachers during their courses, emphasizing their confidence and emotional growth to dream big and advance their careers.
- Providing career advice and access to the jobs of tomorrow through role models and mentors.
- Creating awareness about digital education and technology opportunities. Building the Digitar community, fostering relationships with mentors, role models, alumni, and supporters that want to give back by assisting young and diverse talent.
- Advocating entrepreneurship, community, and civic responsibility. Promoting role models and influencers for the next generation.
